Time Magazine recently featured one of Deans beautiful pictures of racing car driver Jamie Chadwick in their 'Next Generation Leaders' story. Jamie's career as a racer is going from strength to strength, she is a remarkable person who is making changes as she proceeds up the ladder in what has up until now been a very male dominated sport.
