‘In The Morning’ is Carmy Love's most recent single, it arrived just ahead of her recent gig with Sister Cookie at the 100 Club.
Dean is a big Carmy fan and has photographed her since the days when she was part of the New Street Adventure collective (HERE is a snippet from a TV programme called 'London Calling' Episode 2 'Every Picture Tells A Story' this episode features Dean photographing New Street Adventure ..It's a verty short clip by the way.
When Dean received Carmy's vinyl 45 record through the post he posting on Instagram about how much he loved Carmy track and also commented on his love for the process and the thrill of seeing his work as artwork saying: 'There's is a magical feeling seeing some of the pictures we did now immortalised on the record sleeve. Through the years several of my photographs have appeared on several covers & that special feeling never goes. I think the felling is not only connected to photography & that side but it’s rooted in the love of the medium itself, what it physically is, what it feels like, looks like & of course musically sounds like, it’s what it transmits to lots of your senses. To be part of this to this day (& hopefully beyond ) is quite remarkable.'
